Mia Calicchio

Mia Calicchio is a multidisciplinary artist that specializes in dance and digital media. Currently pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Arizona State University in the area of Dance, Mia will graduate from ASU’s Herberger Institute of Design and the Arts in May 2021. Her creative work while at ASU has included the dance film “A Trip Through the Mind” selected for Spring Dance Fest 2020 and “EDEN” selected for the Spring Undergraduate Concert 2021. Professionally, Mia is currently working as faculty and part-time administrator at The Dance Project, dance school located in Peoria, Arizona and as a cast member for Relentless Beats, Arizona’s leading promoter for dance music and electronic music events. Having worked with Relentless Beats since 2019, Mia’s skill sets of pole and go-go, postmodern dance, popping, and experimental art continue to be honed as she creates, performs and breaks barriers.
